Crescent Ridge is a 31-acre townhome community located on Tryon Road, between Lake Dam Road and Avent Ferry Road, in south Raleigh, North Carolina. Built between 2003 and 2006 by Standard Pacific Homes, our community consists of 257 homes, which include 157 two-story units and 100 three-story units.
